Every item is lovingly handcrafted in our London based atelier and created especially for each customer by Made-to-order; either by requested size or your specific measurements. We do not except returns based on the information above, however we guarantee to always look after you making sure that the items are satisfactory.
We offer complimentary delivery service worldwide. However, if you are based outside of the EU you may also be required to pay taxes and duty on your item.
As every item is specially made to your order, we have an estimated delivery time of 1-4 weeks and you will be updated on the delivery time of your product as it is being made. Payment is made at the time you order any product from our website. We accept all major credit and debit cards and Paypal. The price includes any applicable VAT and sales tax.
